The end

Hi friends,

I just realized that I didn't posted anything since December.. Oops.
I will try to tell here my last couple of months in Rockville.
Around February, cheer season was over, and I was thinking about to play softball. (Glad that my best friend Aarin also played softball & got me so far to play it too) so in March I had my first practice, I thought I sucked, I had no idea how to swing a bat or run the base. All the girls were so nice and really wanted to help me, also the coaches, really really nice. At the end of March I went on a cruise with Kim and lot of more friend. This was soooo much fun, we went to jamaica, grand cayman and conzumel. Conzumel was my favorite. The ship was huge, and had a lot of things to do. But most of the time you could find me at the swimming pool or comedy club! It was just a great time.
I think after the cruise I had my first jv game. Great, I love softball. Even watching it is fun. We had a couple of jv games and the other time we were watching the varsity playing. I loved every single minute at the field. Practice or a game, I was ready. I loved my team and the amazing coaches, I will miss them a lot.
So from March to May the only thing I kinda did was practice and going to games, we won for the second time banks & regionals champions!! Really proud.
April 30 th, it was prom day! Early in the morning I went with Aarin to her moms shop to let our nails an hair done. Around 1.30 we went home to get us ready. After my date picked me up it all went so fast! We went as a group to red lobster, then to school for the dance and after that post prom! I loved every minute of it!!!
Two days after prom it was my birthday! I got surprised the day before at pizza hut, my host family and friends were all sitting there, so sweet!
A week before graduation my mom, sister and her boyfriend were on there way to Rockville, pretty exciting. They met me at the softball field, even tho I never really was homesick,it was great to see my mom after ten months.
The day before graduation I had my open house (this is what you do in America, having a party because you graduate) my host mom put so much time in myn, and it was great. Thanks to everyone who showed up.
And then it was time, graduation. It was amazing to experience this, just how it looks in the movies. I'm so thankful I could do this. After graduation me and my family went to a lot of open houses, so much fun!! Tuesday it was time to leave. The night before I had friends come over to say goodbye, in the morning I had to say goodbye to my hostparents.. It was awful. In the morning I went to have breakfast with my family and Aarin, finished the last things and it was time to say goodbye to my best friend. Hard, and yes there were some tears.
I'm now on a 'road trip' around the Michigan lake and will be home June 18th.

Thanks to everyone once again to make my exchange this wonderful. Big thank you to my hostparents, they are they best and I will miss them a lot. I will never forget anything. See you all soon!
